CHARTER OAK-UTE COMMUNITY SCHOOL BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING DECEMBER 10, 2025 The Board of Directors of the Charter Oak-Ute School met on the above date in the Charter Oak Center with Directors Weed, Klinker, McAndrews, Superintendent Eggeling and Secretary Carstens present. Director Hadden and Amunson were absent. President McAndrews called the meeting to order 5:02 p.m. It was moved by Klinker, seconded by Weed to approve the agenda for Regular Meeting. Ayes all. Motion carried. It was moved by Klinker, seconded by Weed to approve the consent items as presented. Ayes all. Motion carried. - Approval of the Minutes of Regular Meeting on November 19, 2025 - Approval of the Minutes of Instructional Support Levy Hearing on November 19, 2025 - Approval of the Minutes of Flexibility Account Hearing on November 19, 2025 - Approval of All Financial Reports Approval of All Invoices for Payment - Approval of Fundraising Requests Superintendent Eggeling discussed 2024-2025 Audit, concert, walk in freezer projects, IDEA designated list, weight room equipment, and preschool desk audit. It was moved by Weed , seconded by Klinker to approve the SBRC application for increased open enrollment for $84,498.00. Ayes all. Motion carried. It was moved by Klinker, seconded by Weed to approve the SBRC application and resolution for Modified Allowable for $56,425.00. Roll call vote: Klinker- Ayes, Weed- Ayes and McAndrews- Ayes. Motion carried. It was moved by Weed, seconded by Klinker to approve the gym curtain proposal for $24,390.00. Ayes all. Motion carried. It was moved by Klinker, seconded by Weed to set the joint board meeting with MVAO on January 14, 2026 at 7:00pm at the Charter Oak-Ute Center. Ayes all. Motion carried. The board discussed future agenda items. There being no further business it was moved by Klinker, seconded by Weed to adjourn the meeting at 6:19 p.m. Ayes all. Motion carried.
