Charter Oak City Council Special Meeting Minutes March 25, 2026 The Charter Oak City Council met in special session on March 25, 2026. Mayor Peggy Staley called the meeting to order at 6:31p.m. Members present were Alec Castillo, Randy Ulmer and Wayne Copeland. Absent Russ Maack. Also in attendance was Sara Bohlmann. Motion Castillo/Ulmer to approve agenda. All ayes. Motion carried. Motion Castillo/Ulmer to approve setting the date for the FY 26/27 Final Budget Adoption for April 6, 2026. All ayes.
