Charter Oak City Council Special Meeting Minutes June 17, 2026 The Charter Oak City Council met in special session on June 17, 2026. Mayor Peggy Staley called the meeting to order at 8:00 am. Members present were Alec Castillo, Randy Ulmer, Chaise Hampton and Wayne Copeland. Motion Ulmer/Castillo to approve agenda. Ayes: All. Motion carried. Motion Hampton/Ulmer to post for city clerk position. Ayes: All. Motion carried. Motion Castillo/Ulmer to appoint Ashley Mohr and Karen Koenigs to service at interim clerks at $30.00/hour. Ayes: All.
