Charter Oak City Council Special Meeting Minutes August 12, 2025 The Charter Oak City Council met in special session on August 12, 2025. Mayor Peggy Staley called the meeting to order at 6:31 p.m. Members present were Alec Castillo, Russ Maack, Nathan Mohr. Others in attendance Crawford County Supervisors Jean Heiden and Kyle Schultz, Crawford County Engineer Ben Schaben, Craig Warnock, James Hoffmeier and Ashley Mohr. Motion Mohr/Castillo to approve agenda. All ayes. Motion carried. Council discussed funding possibilities for repairs to Highway L51 and possibly piggy- backing on the county’s upcoming road project. No action taken. Council reviewed draft code of ordinances from 7:40 p.m. to 8:10 p.m. Motion Mohr/Castillo to adjourn at 8:10 p.m. All ayes. Motion carried.
