Public Hearing City of Ute CDBG-DR Notice of Public Hearing - Status of Funded Activities. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE STATUS OF FUNDED ACTIVITIES FOR THE UTE WATER TOWER PROJECT 21-WS-008. Pursuance to the requirements of Section 508 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1987, as amended, the Ute City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday March 4, 2024 at 7:00PM at the Ute City Hall – 130 E Main St. The purpose of the hearing will be to discuss the status of funding for the Ute Water Tower Project 21-WS-008. The project is being funded in part through a Community Development Block Grant provided by the Iowa Economic Development Authority and USDA Rural Development grants and loan.
