Charter Oak-Ute School SECTION 00 11 14 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Board of Directors of the Charter Oak-Ute Community School District will hold a public hearing on the plans, specifications, form of contract, and total estimated cost of the Restroom Renovations and HVAC Retrofit project located at the Charter Oak Building, 321 Main Street in Charter Oak, lowa pursuant to lowa Code § 26.12. The public hearing shall be held at the District's Board meeting on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at 5:00p.m., and will be held in Room 103, located at the Charter Oak Building in Charter Oak, lowa. The proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, and total estimated cost may be examined prior to the meeting at the District's administrative offices located at the Charter Oak Building in Charter Oak, lowa. At the time and place set for the public hearing, interested individuals will be given the opportunity to express their views, both orally and in writing.
