Monona County NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be conducted by the Board of Supervisors of Monona County (the “County”) on the 29th day of August, 2023, at 1:00 P.M. in the Supervisor’s boardroom located in the basement of the Monona County Courthouse, 610 Iowa Ave, Onawa, Iowa. The public hearing will be held on the proposed drawings, specifications, and form of contract and estimate of cost (the “Contract Documents”) for the proposed Monona County Courthouse and LEC Improvement Project (the “Project”) The Project shall consist of a facility improvement update for the Monona County Courthouse and LEC including, but not limited to, improvements to the buildings by replacing the windows and doors. The Project shall be constructed at the Monona County Courthouse and LEC, 610 Iowa Ave and 909 7th Street, in the City of Onawa, Monona County, Iowa: A copy of the proposed Contact Documents will be on file for public inspection in the office of the County Auditor and at the offices of the Architects, RML Architects, L.L.C, 922 Douglas Street, Sioux City, Iowa.
