Monona County Board of Supervisors Public Hearing As per Iowa Code 331.302 and 331.305, the Monona County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on the 10th day of May, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. in the Monona County Board of Supervisors boardroom in the courthouse annex basement, in Onawa, Iowa. The Zoning Commission intends to take public comment regarding enacting a new ordinance – Monona County Ordinance #67, Floodplain Management Ordinance. You may appear at the public hearing in person or be represented by an agent to make comment and/or be heard by the Monona County Board of Supervisors. Written comments may be submitted to the Monona County Auditor’s office by noon on May 9, 2022. A copy of the proposed Monona County Ordinance #67 will also be available for viewing at the following locations; the Monona County Website at www.mononacounty.iowa.gov, the Monona County Auditor’s office and the Monona County Zoning office.
