Monona County Board of Adjustment Public Hearing Notice A public hearing shall be held by the Monona County Board of Adjustment on May 23, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. in the first floor boardroom of the Monona County Courthouse, Onawa, Iowa. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Monona County Board of Adjustment public hearing will be held by electronic means, Zoom meetings, with the meeting originating from the Monona County Zoning Administrator with MINIMAL public access in an effort to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. Notice: A Variance Request Application has been filed by NEW Cooperative, Inc. for a reduced property line set-back, parcel number 8245-07-4-25-003, a perimeter set-back of thirty (30) feet. According to the Monona County Zoning Regulations, Section 100.17 Bulk Regulations, of seventy-five (75) feet for front and rear set-backs and fifty (50) feet for a side yard set-back. A parcel of land located in the NW ¼ SE ¼ of Section 7, Township 82 North, Range 45 West of the 5th P.M., Monona County, Iowa described as follows: Commencing at the NE Corner of the NW ¼ SE ¼ of Section 7-82-45, thence S 01o 02’ 43” W 820.49 feet along said line, thence N 88o 57’ 17” W 1,134.96 feet to a point on the centerline of a road, thence Northeasterly 784.45 feet along said centerline along a 4,500 foot radius curve concave Northwesterly with a long chord bearing N57o 23' 01" E 783.46 feet, thence N 52o 23’ 23” E 618.33 feet along said centerline to the point of beginning.
