Charter Oak-Ute SECTION 00 11 14 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Board of Directors of the Charter Oak-Ute Community School District will hold a public hearing on the plans, specifications, form of contract, and total estimated cost of the HVAC Retrofit & Restroom Renovations project located at the Charter Oak Building, 321 Main Street in Charter Oak, Iowa pursuant to Iowa Code § 26.12. The public hearing shall be held at the District’s Board meeting on Monday, July 31, 2023 at 4:00 p.m., and will be held in the Room 103, located at the Charter Oak Building in Charter Oak, Iowa. The proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, and total estimated cost may be examined prior to the meeting at the District’s administrative offices located at the Charter Oak Building in Charter Oak, Iowa. At the time and place set for the public hearing, interested individuals will be given the opportunity to express their views, both orally and in writing. After the public hearing, the Board may act to approve the proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimated total cost of the HVAC Retrofit & Restroom Renovations or may defer action to a later date.
