NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - Charter Oak Ute CSD Pursuant to Chapters 21 and 298A Code of lowa, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Charter Oak Ute CSD, on November 19, 2025 at 5:00 PM in room 103 of the Charter Oak Ute CSD. This hearing is on a resolution to expend funds from the district’s Flexibility Account. The proposed use of these funds is to purchase textbooks, library books and curriculum materials, along with paying expenditures for summer school. These funds, in the amount of $39,829.84, were unexpended and unobligated from the Home School Assistance Program. All persons interested are invited to attend this hearing and be heard.
