Monona County Sanitary Landfill Agency Regular Board Meeting July 12th, 2022 Chairman Keith Zediker called the meeting to order at 9:29 am. Present: Keith Zediker, Becky Miller, Ryan Clark, Manager Logan Persinger, and Office Secretary/Board Secretary Amanda Yanak, and Beau Hupke from Hoffman Agency. Absent: Chad Carrier B. Hupke from Hoffman Agency reviewed the insurance policies and itemized items insured. B. Hupke also went over new items added to the insurance policy. B. Miller made a motion to approve the insurance policy. R. Clark seconded the motion. Motion carried. Approval of Minutes: Board meeting minutes from June 14th, 2022 were presented by A. Yanak. R. Clark made a motion to accept the minutes. B. Miller seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. No further discussion Treasurers Report: Expenditures and CD’s were reviewed. In June expenditures equalled $60,036.50 and deposits equalled $102,303.84. R. Clark made a motion to accept the financial statements as proposed. B. Miller seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Secretary’s Report: A. Yanak stated Schroer and Associates P.C. will be doing the Fiscal Year 21/22 Audit in October 2022.Employee Reviews were conducted and raises were discussed. R. Clark made a motion to present employee with a raise. B. Miller seconded the motion. Motion carried. Manager’s Report: L. Persinger updated the board about new cameras for the landfill. Taking bids for final installation of the cameras. L. Persinger stated some general upkeeping/updating needs to be done around the landfill. L. Persinger stated the terms of the board members and discussed the opening on the board that will be decided by the Monona County Board of Supervisors. Chairman K.
