City of Mapleton Minutes - Special Council Meeting August 11, 2023 The special meeting of the city council was held on August 11, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. Roll call was taken with the following members present, Mayor Brent Streck, Joe Hogan, Benita Uhl, Abby Koenigs and Dian Bleil. Absent: Angie Sass. Also present was Alex Ehlers. Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Motion by Abby Koenigs, second by Benita Uhl to approve the order of the agenda. Ayes: All. Motion carried. Motion by Dian Bleil, second by Joe Hogan to approve passage of Resolution 2023-15 Setting Salaries and Wages for Appointed and Employees of the City of Mapleton. Ayes: Dian Bleil, Abby Koenigs, Joe Hogan and Benita Uhl. Motion carried. Motion by Abby Koenigs, second by Joe Hogan that the appointments and salaries in the Resolution 2023-15 will become effective September 1, 2023. Ayes: All. Motion carried.
