City of Charter Oak PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The City of Charter Oak, Iowa, is hereby serving as Public Notice that on April 6, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., the City Council will hold a public hearing during the regular City Council meeting to consider approval of an Asset Management Plan. The plan will outline standards for the management of community assets including public infrastructure assets over the next few years. This meeting will be held to give residents information concerning the proposed plan. Citizens are encouraged to attend and express their preferences about the proposed activities. Residents can provide comments in writing in advance of the meeting by email to cocityclerk@frontiernet.net or by mail to PO Box 74, Charter Oak, IA 51439. Additionally, citizens who wish to participate in the public hearing can do so by attending in person on April 6, 2026, at 7:00 PM at Charter Oak City Hall, 453 Railroad, Chater Oak, Iowa.
