Special Meeting Schleswig City Council July 18, 2022 – 7:00 P.M. Mayor Andresen called the special meeting to order. Council Members present: R. Hanlin, T. Bubke, P. Outhouse, T. Kluender and R. Degen. Motion by Bubke/Hanlin to approve the agenda. All ayes. Public Hearing at 7:02 p.m. for comments concerning proposed plans, specifications, form of contract & estimate of cost for the proposed SRF Water Quality Project. No written or oral objections. Hearing closed. Motion by Degen/Kluender to approve Resolution 22-07-18 finally approving & confirming plans, specifications, form of contract & estimate of cost for the SRF Water Quality Project. All ayes. Motion by Outhouse/Hanlin to approve Resolution 22-07-18A awarding contract for the SRF Water Quality Project. All ayes. Motion by Kluender/Outhouse to approve Resolution 22-07-18B setting August 8, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. for date for a public hearing on proposal to enter into an amended Sewer Revenue Loan & Disbursement Agreement and to borrow money thereunder in a principal amount not to exceed $4,023,000. All ayes. Motion by Outhouse/Degen to approve Resolution 22-07-18C setting August 8, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. for date for public hearing for comments concerning offer to purchase lots 2 & 5 in Southern Heights 6 th Addition from Calvin Johannsen. All ayes. Motion by Outhouse/Kluender to approve Resolution 22-07-18D setting August 8, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. for date for public hearing for comments concerning offer to purchase lot 4 in Southern Heights 6 th Addition from Larry & Michelle Herrig. All ayes. Motion by Outhouse/Kluender to adjourn at 7:30 p.m. All ayes.
