All ayes. Motion by Hanlin/Bubke to approve 30 day notice of moving fence off of city right-of-way (can be even with garage) at 415 3rd Street. All ayes. Motion by Bubke/Hanlin to approve cigarette permit application of KCK’s Food & Fuel. All ayes. Motion by Hanlin/Bubke to approve liquor permit application upon completion of renewing procedure –The Chrome Spur. All ayes. Motion by Outhouse/Degen to approve Resolution 23-06-12 for 2023/2024 salaries. Ayes: Hanlin, Bubke, Outhouse, Degen. Abstain: Kluender. Motion carried. Motion by Outhouse/Kluender to approve Resolution 23-06-12A for the transfer of LOST funds. All ayes. Motion by Bubke/Hanlin to approve Resolution 23-06-12B for increase of landfill/garbage fees. Motion by Degen/Outhouse to approve Resolution 23-06-12C for the transfer of excess funds into a reserve fund – Fire Dept/Pool/Park. All ayes. Motion by Degen/Bubke for fence to be installed –SRF Sponsored Clean Water Project. Ayes: Bubke, Outhouse, Kluender, Degen. Nay: Hanlin. Motion carried. Motion by Kluender/Degen to approve contractor’s application for payment #3-Final for SRF Sponsored Clean Water Project pending fence install & final walk through. All ayes. Motion by Hanlin/Degen to approve the Clerk/Treasurer Reports. All ayes. Motion by Outhouse/Kluender to adjourn at 8:11 p.m. All ayes.
