Budget Workshop will be held January 17, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Discussed nuisance properties & zoning issues. Region XII COG gave update on properties that were sent Notice to Abate Nuisance letters & that are still in violation. The City will be following up with violators. A zoning issue was addressed regarding a fence that is located in the City’s right of way. The City will be following up the removal of that fence. Motion by Bubke/Degen to approve 2023 Payroll Summary for publication. All ayes. Motion by Kluender/Bubke to approve the Clerk/Treasurer Reports. All ayes.
