Public Hearing held at 7:47 p.m. for proposal to enter into an amended Sewer Revenue Loan & Disbursement Agreement. With no written or oral objection, the public hearing was closed. Motion by Degen/Bubke to approve Resolution 22-08-08H taking additional action on proposal to enter into & amend Sewer Revenue Loan & Disbursement Agreement. All ayes. Motion by Bubke/Hanlin to approve ordering 12 Itron water meters. All ayes. Motion by Hanlin to approve Liquor Permit Application for Calf Show Days –Schleswig Community Enterprises upon the completion of renewing procedure. All ayes. Motion by Hanlin/Bubke keeping the library staff wages as set in Resolution 22-06-13A. All ayes. Motion by Bubke/Hanline to approve the Clerk/Treasurer Reports. All ayes.
