Paula Kay Kinney, 69, of Lincoln, Nebraska, passed away on Sunday, July 16, 2023, at her residence in Lincoln.
Graveside services and burial will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 2, at the Mount Hope Cemetery in Mapleton.

Paula Kay Kinney was born on November 22, 1954, in Sioux City, to Paul and Carol Kinney. She grew up in Mapleton, and graduated from Maple Valley Community School with the class of 1973.
She attended Morningside College in 1974, then moved to Hastings, Nebraska, working at Walgreens as a cafe manager until it closed. Paula moved back to Iowa and attended Western Iowa Tech Community College from November 1983 to August 1984.
Paula then moved to Lincoln, Nebraska and worked in the pharmacy and later as head cashier of Walgreens. She was employed by Walgreens for 38 years before retiring in June 2023.
She was a kind person who had many friends in Nebraska, Iowa, Virginia and Minnesota. Paula is now resting in peace in God's arms with her family and some friends.
Paula is preceded in death by her grandparents and parents, Paul & Carol Kinney.
