The written contract dated July 15, 2022, and executed by Pete's Handyman, LLC as vendors, and Robert Wood and Bobbi Wood as vendees, recorded on July 18, 2022: in the office of the Monona County Recorder, recorded as document reference number 2022-1160, for the sale of the following described real estate: Lot 11 in Block 19 in the Second Addition to the Town of Mapleton, Monona County, Iowa has not been complied with in the following particulars: a) Failure to make monthly payments in January, April. $2,863.20 May and June of 2023 b) Failure to pay the 2021-2022 real estate taxes $381.00 Total $3,244.20 2.
