Monona County Sanitary Landfill Agency Special Board Meeting January 31st, 2023 Chairman Keith Zediker called the meeting to order at 9:31 am. Present: Keith Zediker, Becky Miller, Kirk Rose, Ryan Clark, Chad Carrier Manager Logan Persinger, and Office Secretary/Board Secretary Amanda Yanak Mike Schmiedt called at 9:43 am to discuss the memo presented by Crary Law Firm. C. Carrier put in his resignation effective immediately from the Monona County Sanitary Landfill Board at 10:07 am. R. Clark made a motion to accept C. Carriers resignation. K. Rose seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. B. Miller made a motion to ratify the existing contract with Carrier Container Company, LLC dated September 14th, 2021 and the amendment dated May 1st, 2022. K. Rose seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. R. Clark made a motion for A. Yanak to notify the auditor to take action as discussed with the attorney. B. Miller seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Chairman K. Zediker adjourned the meeting at 10:05 a.m. Next meeting is Tuesday February 14th @ 9:30 a.m. These minutes are subject to change at the next meeting. MP2-16-23
