Monona County Sanitary Landfill Agency Regular Board Meeting August 16th, 2022 Chairman Keith Zediker called the meeting to order at 9:30 am. Present: Keith Zediker, Becky Miller, Chad Carrier, Manager Logan Persinger, and Officce Secretary/Board Secretary Amanda Yanak Absent: Ryan Clark Approval of Minutes: Board meeting minutes from July 12th, 2022 were presented by A. Yanak. B. Miller made a motion to accept the minutes. C. Carrier seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. No further discussion. Treasurers Report: Expenditures and CD’s were reviewed. In July expenditures equalled $119,094.70 and deposits equalled $217,150.48. C. Carrier made a motion to accept the financial statements as proposed. B. Miller seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Secretary’s Report: A. Yanak stated that the last payment was sent for the crane. A. Yanak also updated the board on the city assessments. Manager’s Report: L. Persinger informed the board about the load of tires that was hauled out and the load that was sent out of recycling. There is another load of recycling being hauled out in August. L. Persinger updated the board on the bin and the process of it being completed. Chairman K.
