MONONA COUNTY NOTICE OF PROPOSED SALE OF COUNTY PROPERTY TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Monona County, Iowa Board of Supervisors, at its regular meeting on September 12, 2023 proposed to sell by sealed bids, (sealed bids are to be summited to the Monona County Auditor’s Office by 4:00 p.m. on October 9, 2023), with a minimum bid of $500.00 certain property Monona County has acquired described as follows: Identified as: District/Parcel BLWM 8245-09-1-75-001 All that part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE ¼ NE ¼) of section nine (9), township eighty-two (82) North, range forty-five (45) West of the 5th P.M., Monona County Iowa.
