MONONA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING JANUARY 25, 2023 The Monona County Board of Supervisors met in special session at 9:00 a.m. o’clock on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 in the boardroom of the courthouse in Onawa, Monona County, Iowa with Chairman Fox presiding. Other, Supervisors present: Tom Brouillette and Vince Phillips. Supervisor Absent: None. Also, present was Auditor Peggy A. Rolph. Josh Schaben, Conservation Deputy Director was present to review the Conservation budgets with the Board. No action was taken. Kelly Seward, Recorder was present to review her budgets with the Board. No action was taken. Sandy Bubke, Zoning & Environmental Health Director was present to review her budget with the Board. No action was taken. Patrick Prorok, EMA Director was present to review his budgets with the Board. No action was taken. Jeff Pratt, Sheriff was present to review his budgets with the Board. No action was taken. Motion was made by Supervisor Fox, seconded by Supervisor Brouillette to recess for lunch at 12:05 p.m. Vote on motion: All Ayes. Motion carried. Motion was made by Supervisor Fox, seconded by Supervisor Phillips to reconvene at 1:05 p.m. Vote on motion: All Ayes. Motion carried. Don Thompson, Veteran Affairs Director was present to review his budget with the Board. No action was taken. Dustin Wallis, Secondary Roads Engineer was present to review his budgets with the Board. No action was taken. Jim Wigton, IT Director was present to review his budget with the Board. No action was taken. It was moved by Supervisor Phillips, seconded by Supervisor Fox to hereby adjourn at the hour of 3:10 p.m. o’clock. Vote on motion: All Ayes.
