City of Mapleton Minutes - Special Council Meeting Public Hearing for Proposed Property Tax Levy April 2, 2024 The regular meeting of the city council was held on April 2, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. Roll call was taken with the following members present were Mayor Streck, Benita Uhl, Jacob Zawodny, Abby Koenigs, Zach Schrader and Joe Hogan. Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Motion by Joe Hogan, second by Benita Uhl to open the public hearing for the proposed property tax levy. Ayes: All. Motion carried and public hearing was opened. There were no visitors present, no comments had been received at City Hall. Motion by Joe Hogan, second by Benita Uhl to close the public hearing for the proposed property tax levy. Ayes: All. Motion carried and public hearing was closed at 5:02 p.m. Motion by Joe Hogan, second by Benita Uhl to adjourn the meeting. Ayes: All. Motion carried and meeting adjourned at 5:03 p.m..
