CHARTER OAK-UTE COMMUNITY SCHOOL BOARD OF DIRECTORS PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROPOSED TAX NOTICE WEDNESDAY APRIL 3, 2024 The Board of Directors of the Charter Oak-Ute School met on the above date in the Charter Oak Center with Directors Weed, McAndrews, Klinker, Hadden, Amunson, Superintendent Eggeling and Secretary Carstens were present. President Weed called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. It was moved by McAndrews, seconded by Klinker to approve the proposed tax notice agenda. Ayes all. Motion carried. There being no further business it was moved by McAndrews, seconded by Hadden to adjourn the Public Hearing for Proposed Tax Notice. Ayes all. Motion carried. It was moved by Klinker, seconded by Amunson to approve the 2022 Audit information. Ayes all. Motion carried. The board discussed the 2023 Audit information. It was moved by McAndrews, seconded by Hadden to approve the timberline agreement. Ayes all. Motion carried. It was moved by Hadden, seconded by McAndrews to approve the $15,426.10 invoice from L&L Builders. Ayes all. Motion carried. It was moved by McAndrews, seconded by Klinker to approve the sale of plow by sealed bids. Ayes all. Motion carried. It was moved by McAndrews, seconded by Hadden to approve the adoption of 2024-2025 budget for publication. Ayes all. Motion carried. It was moved by Hadden, seconded by Klinker to set the hearing date for 2024-2025 budget hearing for April 24, 2024 at 5pm in room 103. Ayes all. Motion carried.
