Charter Oak City Council Minutes June 14, 2022 The Charter Oak City Council met in special session on Tuesday, June 14, 2022. Mayor Pro Tem Ben Heyne called the meeting to order at 6:33 pm. Council members present: Alec Castillo, Peggy Staley, and Jim Wilcox. Absent: Russ Maack. Guest: Bob Selig. Motion Castillo/Wilcox to approve the agenda. All ayes. Motion carried. Motion Heyne/Wilcox to approve the purchase of a 2015 Cub Cadet Challenger 500 utility vehicle for the maintenance department at a cost of $8,400.00. All ayes. Motion carried.
