No written or oral objections. Motion by Degen/Bubke to approve Resolution 23-02-13 approving maximum tax dollars from certain levies. All ayes. Motion by Kluender/Outhouse to set March 13, 2023, 7:00 p.m. as date and time for public hearing at City Hall for 2023/2024 Budget or Maximum Property Tax Levy if needs to be changed due to valuation correction. All ayes. Motion by Bubke/Degen to approve building permit application of Michael Stogdill –solar panel. All ayes. Motion by Outhouse/Kluender to approve Contractor’s Application for Payment #21 if list items are completed. All ayes. Motion by Kluender/Bubke to approve the Clerk/Treasurer Reports. All ayes.
