Monona County Sanitary Landfill Agency Regular Board Meeting September 13th, 2022 Chairman Keith Zediker called the meeting to order at 9:33 am. Present: Keith Zediker, Ryan Clark, Kirk Rose, Chad Carrier, Manager Logan Persinger, and Office Secretary/Board Secretary Amanda Yanak Absent: Becky Miller New Board member Kirk Rose was introduced to the Monona County Landfill Board. Approval of Minutes: Board meeting minutes from August 16th, 2022 were presented by A. Yanak. R. Clark made a motion to accept the financial statements as proposed. R. Clark seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Treasurers Report: Expenditures and CD’s were reviewed. In August expenditures equalled $102,620.83 and deposits equalled $34,472.68. C. Carrier made a motion to accept the financial statements as proposed. R. Clark seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Secretary’s Report: A. Yanak stated that the yearly audit will begin on October 4th, 2022. Manager’s Report: L. Persinger informed the board that the Monona County Supervisors voted for the open position and welcomed Kirk Rose. L. Persinger is getting quotes for the tires for the telehandler. L. Persinger stated our cameras are up and we are needing someone to install the rest of them. The board stated to get quotes to replace our current camera system. Chairman K.
