Monona County Board of Adjustment Public Hearing Notice A public hearing shall be held by the Monona County Board of Adjustment on March 17, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors boardroom of the Monona County Courthouse, Onawa, Iowa. Notice: A Special Use Permit Application has been submitted for AUR UTE LLC on behalf of JohnPaul Baric. The application is to place a modular data center of the operation of data processing business next to a substation which is currently zoned as Agricultural. This is a permitted use according to Monona County Zoning Regulations, Chapter 100, Section 100.15 Principal Permitted Uses, Digital Currency Mining and/or Data Center Facility in the Agricultural District (A-1). Beginning in the Northeast (NE) corner of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Section Twenty-one (21), Township Eighty-Four (84) North, Range Forty-two (42) West of the 5th P.M., thence Three Hundred (300) feet South, thence One Hundred Ten (110) feet West, thence Three Hundred (300) feet North, thence East One Hundred Ten (110) feet to the point of beginning.
