MAPLE VALLEY-ANTHON OTO COMMUNITY AND CHARTER OAK-UTE COMMUNITY SCHOOLS ANNUAL JOINT SCHOOL BOARD MEETING Date: Wednesday January 15, 2025 Time: 7:00 PM Place: Library, Maple Valley Anthon-Oto Charter Oak-Ute High School Present: Hamann, Streck Kennedy from the MVAO Board & McAndrews, Hadden, Amunson, and Klinker from the COU Board Absent: Wimmer and Schram from MVAO and Weed from COU. I. Opening of Meeting – VP Streck called the meeting to order and declared a quorum at 7:24 PM II. Discussion Items – the two board shared a meal and discussed the following items: A. General Discussion of Current Whole Grade Sharing Arrangement B. Future Plans/Preparation: Opportunities for sharing resources C. Shared Calendar for 2025-2026 School Year D. Middle School Athletic Equipment Costs E. Athletic Eligibility Policy, Protocols, and Procedures F. Other Discussion Items as needed III. Adjourn – VP Streck adjourned the meeting at 8:04 PM.
