City of Ute REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING November 7, 2022 The Ute City Council met with Mayor Richard Hageman in regular, open session on November 7, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. Council members present: Becky Miller, Ryan Pithan, Jimmy Carlson, Matt Leitz and Ciera Carlson. Also present Lonnie Carlson. Motion by CCarlson/Pithan to approve the agenda. All ayes. MC Building Permits Approved: Dennis Nelson – lean to on shed Lonnie discussed getting the service line bored from the meter pit to the manhole in the old school building before the ground freezes Motion by Miller/CCarlson to approve the Consent Agenda: Approval of minutes for October 3, 2022 meeting Approval of October BillsSeptember 5, 2022, meeting. Motion to approve by Miller/CCarlson. Property tax assessments were discussed. Council member CCarlson stated she would be resigning from City Council at the end of this year because she will be moving to another city. General Election will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, from 7:00 am – 8:00 pm, at City Hall. The next regular meeting will be held December 5, 2022 at 7:00 pm at City Hall.
