CHARTER OAK-UTE COMMUNITY SCHOOLS BOARD OF DIRECTORS SPECIAL MEETING FEBRUARY 9, 2023 The Board of Directors of the Charter Oak-Ute Community School met on the above date in the Charter Oak –Ute Center with Director Goslar, Klinker, Schultz, Weed and Superintendent Eggeling were present. Director McAndrews was absent. President Weed called the meeting to order at 7:15 a.m. It was moved by Schultz, seconded by Klinker to approve the agenda as printed. Ayes all. Motion carried. It was moved by Schultz, seconded by Goslar to approve the 2024 facility improvements projects. Ayes all. Motion carried. There being no further business, it was moved by Klinker, seconded by Schultz to adjourn the meeting at 7:31 a.m. Ayes all. Motion carried. Secretary Carstens MP2-16-23
