CHARTER OAK-UTE COMMUNITY SCHOOLS BOARD OF DIRECTORS JOINT MEETING JANUARY 9, 2023 The Board of Directors of the Charter Oak-Ute Community School and Maple Valley- Anthon Oto Community Schools met on the above date in the Maple Valley Anthon Oto School Library in Mapleton. The Board of Directors of the Charter Oak-Ute Community Schools present was Randy Weed, Jill Klinker, Kyle Schultz, Superintendent Adam Eggeling and Secretary Cathy Carstens. The Board of Directors of the Maple Valley-Anthon Oto Community School present was Dale Wimmer, Karen Kennedy, Jana Hamann, Jeremy Schram, Laurie Streck, Andy Armstrong, Jennifer Kinsey, Rochelle Maynard, Shona Klingensmith, Superintendent Jeff Thelander. The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. The boards discussed current whole grade sharing arrangement, future plans, spring unification meeting event and snow days.
