CHARTER OAK-UTE COMMUNITY SCHOOLS BOARD OF DIRECTORS JOINT MEETING JANUARY 15, 2025 The Board of Directors of the Charter Oak-Ute Community School and Maple Valley-Anthon Oto Community Schools met on the above date in the Maple Valley-Anthon Oto School Library in Mapleton. The Board of Directors of the Charter Oak- Ute Community Schools present was Melanie McAndrews, Adam Hadden, Greg Amunson, Jill Klinker, Superintendent Adam Eggeling and Secretary Cathy Carstens. Director Randy Weed was absent. The Board of Directors of the Maple Valley- Anthon Oto Community School present was Karen Kennedy, Jana Haman, Laurie Strek, Principal Andy Armstrong, Jacob Burger, Superintendent Jeff Thelander and Secretary Carstens. Director Dale Wimmer and Jeremy Schram were absent. The meeting was called to order at 7:24 p.m. The board discussed current whole grade sharing agreement, future plans, shared calendar for 2025-2026 school year, middle school athletic equipment costs, athletic eligibility policy, protocols and procedures.
