CHARTER OAK-UTE COMMUNITY SCHOOL BOARD OF DIRECTORS SPECIAL MEETING JANUARY 23, 2025 The Board of Directors of the Charter Oak-Ute Community School met on the above date in the Charter Oak-Ute Center with Directors Weed, McAndrews- by phone, Klinker – by phone, Amunson – by phone, Hadden – by phone and Superintendent Eggeling present. President McAndrews called the meeting to order at 12:00 p.m. It was moved by Weed, seconded by Klinker to approve the agenda as presented. Ayes all. Motion carried. It was moved by Weed, seconded by Amunson to approve trade in school van with Mac’s Chevrolet. Ayes all. Motion carried. There being no further business it was moved by Klinker, seconded by Hadden to adjourn the meeting at 12:03 p.m. Ayes all. Motion carried. Secretary Carstens MP1-30-25
