CHARTER OAK-UTE COMMUNITY SCHOOL BOARD OF DIRECTORS BUDGET HEARING WEDNESDAY APRIL 23, 2025 The board of directors of the Charter Oak-Ute School met on the above date in the Charter Oak Center with Directors Weed, McAndrews, Hadden, Klinker, Amunson, Superintendent Eggeling and Secretary Carstens present. President McAndrews called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m. It was moved by Klinker, seconded by Hadden to approve the budget agenda. Ayes all. Motion carried. It was moved by Weed, seconded by Klinker to adopt the 2025-2026 budget. Ayes all. Motion carried. There being no further business, it was moved by Amunson, seconded by Hadden to adjourn the meeting at 6:45 p.m. Ayes all. Motion carried. Secretary Carstens MP5-1-25
