CHARTER OAK-UTE COMMUNITY SCHOOL BOARD OF DIRECTORS BUDGET HEARING WEDNESDAY APRIL 24, 2024 The board of directors of the Charter Oak-Ute School met on the above date in the Charter Oak Center with Directors Weed, Klinker, McAndrews (by phone) and Superintendent Eggeling were present. Directors Amunson and Hadden were absent. President Weed called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. It was moved by Klinker, seconded by McAndrews to approve the Budget Agenda. Ayes all. Motion carried. It was moved by McAndrews, seconded by Klinker to adopt the 2024-2025 Budget. Ayes all. Motion carried. There being no further business, it was moved by McAndrews, seconded by Klinker to adjourn the meeting at 5:32 p.m. Ayes all. Motion carried. Directors Amunson and Hadden were absent. President Weed called the meeting to order at 5:01 p.m. It was moved by McAndrews, seconded by Klinker to approve the agenda for the Special Meeting. Ayes all. Motion carried. Superintendent Eggeling discussed the 2023 Audit. It was moved by McAndrews, seconded by Klinker to approve the teacher association and negotiation team settlement. Ayes all. Motion carried. It was moved by Klinker, seconded by McAndrews to approve the master contract for the 2024-2025 school year. Ayes all. Motion carried. It was moved by McAndrews, seconded by Klinker to approve issuing the teacher contracts for the 2024-2025 school year. Ayes all. Motion carried. It was moved by Klinker, seconded by McAndrews to approve the teaching contract for 2024-2025 school year for art and technology with Zena Gray pending appropriate certifications. Ayes all.
